Islay Festival 2006

Where some people like Islay the way it is on 51 weeks a year, quiet, relaxed and life on "Islay Time", others prefer the busy times of the annual Islay Festival of Malt and Music. Willem Heijns from the Netherlands is an experienced Islay traveller, this year already for the 11th time, and he likes Islay specially during the festival. This year Willem treated himself on two weeks of the hebridean queen during the festival and made an impressive photo-shoot of the whole festival.
